What we ask for
When you send a query we ask for your name, your email address and, if you wish, your mobile number. The name and email are needed; the mobile number is optional.
Why
The email address is the only way the author can send you his answer. The name lets him address you properly, and appears beside your question if it is published. The mobile number is kept only in case he cannot reach you by email.
What is never shown
Your email address and your mobile number are never displayed on this site, never given to anyone else, and never used to send you anything other than the answer to your own query. If you tick do not show my name, your question appears as asked by “A reader”.
What else is stored
Nothing but your query, the date, and the network address it came from, which is used only to stop one person flooding the form. There are no advertising trackers on this site and no analytics that follow you elsewhere.
Removing what you sent
Write to nroohulla53@gmail.com and your query, your answer and your details will be deleted.
