Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

46:1

ح - The Book of All Praiseworthy - مٓ - Revealed through Muhammed Nabi

46:1. The Scripture which is bestowed through the Reformist Muhammad deserves praise and admiration.

46:2

46:2. This is the Scripture from Allah, the Almighty, the Wise, who controls everything in the universe and the earth.

46:3

46:3. The purpose of this Scripture is to emphasize that the universe, the earth, and everything in between was created for creative purposes. They were not created for vain play. (See 44:38) Each of these creations produces effects according to the time frame set by Him. The main purpose of this scripture is to warn of the consequences of using His creations for destruction, as it is opposed to lofty purposes.

46:4

46:4. Have you noticed those who have ignored the advice of Allah without thinking about it indulging in atrocities? Have you noticed the imaginary deities which the people worship? Did they create anything in the world? Or do they have a role in the creation of the universe?

Ask them if anyone can answer this question. “If you are truthful in your claim, is there any reference in the earlier Scriptures to their contribution in the creation of the world? If there is such evidence, bring them to us. Or bring us any intellectual answer to your claim.”

46:5

46:5. They ignore the guidance of Allah and call on the idols they worship until the Day when the consequences manifest, but there will be no answer from them. Who could be more misguided than those who do not think about this? Because those idols can never hear any of their requests!

46:6

46:6. So, at the time when they face the consequences of human actions, they will hate their idols. Because those worships have caused such a situation! So, they will hate them.

What is the use of hating them a thousand times in such a period? Nothing is going to happen. The reason

46:7

46:7. When the guidance of Allah is clearly explained intellectually, they were reluctant to accept them and rejected them, claiming that they are also the tricks of seducing people.

46:8

46:8. Some of them say, “The Messenger imagines and writes these things by himself and says that they are from Allah.” Tell them, “If I write on my own accord, no one can save me from the severe torment which Allah has ordained for everyone, You are talking like this because of your self-interest. Allah is not unaware of what you say and your intentions. His guidance is enough for me. With that, I find my way to a safer life. He is the Most Merciful.”

46:9

46:9. Tell them, “I am one of the many Reformists who came into the world. (See 36:3) I am not a special one. I cannot tell you what will happen to me tomorrow or what your situation will be. Because that wisdom belongs to Allah alone.

But I am only a follower of what is revealed to me by Allah. And my job is to tell you what those guidelines outline as evil deeds, and to clearly warn you of the ill effects of them.”

46:10

46:10. Tell them, “O, Israelite! Did you ever notice one thing? Among you came many reformists who explained clearly the guidance of Rabbu. I inform you the same guidance which they said. References to my coming are also found in the Book you have. (7:157) Reformist Moosa Nabi also testified about it. (See 73:15)

Are you superior to him? Have you ever considered what your situation would be like, if you act on your wishes without accepting the advice I give? How can those who live blindly without thinking like this get guidance?

References to the coming of the Reformist Muhammad are still present in the Torah called Isthisna. Although the text refers to the Israelites, it still applies to the people of today. The reason is that the revelation series is over. So, we have the Holy Quran with us. It is very important to tell the people the facts mentioned in it.

46:11

46:11. Although this Quran calls towards goodness. Those who do not accept the guidance say, “With this guidance, they cannot exceed us in education and wisdom. And the followers of the guidance are only laymen. “So, if you advise such people from this Quran, they say that these are all ancient myths. This is their educational wisdom!!

46:12

46:12. The Book which was given to Reformist Moosa before this as a guide for the people of that time and a blessing from Rabbu. Now this Quran, which is being given in your language on the same basis, also states the true things that were in it. It warns those who commit atrocities. It also says that those who strive for social harmony will have a better future.

46:13

46:13. So, any community that accepts that Allah is the Creator and Sustainer and acts firmly in the way He has shown, will not come across any fear or trepidation in their life.

46:14

46:14. Such people will lead a heavenly life for a long time as a better society. All of these are rewards for the capable works they do.

46:15

46:15. And His guidance instructs them to fulfill the needs of their parents politely. Because his mother brings him up with great difficulty. Carrying him in pregnancy and breastfeeding him comprises thirty months. Thus, it takes him forty years to grow up and reach the age of full maturity. He then prays to Rabbu to give him and his parents the opportunity to do good deeds for the blessings He has bestowed gratefully.

In this way, he prays to Rabbu to make his children capable of doing good deeds. Thus, in every aspect of his life, his focus will be on Rabbu’s counsel. And he will be a Muslim, who upholds the welfare of people from all walks of life. These are the special characters and actions of the people of Paradise.

Forty years is the middle age of man. At this age, the parents who raised him will be on one side and the children whom he is raising will be on the other side. It is the age of maturity to get practical experience of how his parents would have raised him, just as he is raising his children with difficulty. That is why Rabbu's guidance emphasizes that the needs of the mother and father should be met beautifully. (17:23-25 & 31:14)

And human life is like a chain of collective life. Only then can he live better. He cannot live alone. That is why it insists on behaving beautifully with parents and relatives (see 4:36). It also advises safeguarding the welfare of the general public.

46:16

46:16. It is Rabbu who accepts such creative good deeds. And sees to it that evils do not approach their lives. Such people attain the status of heavenly life. This is the promise given to man by Rabbu. This will never change.

46:17

46:17. On the contrary, there are children who do not respect their parents' advice. The young ones argue with their parents, “Oof! What happened to you! Are you threatening me that I would be resurrected after I die? How many generations have passed before me! I did not see any of them being resurrected!”

Parents pray to Allah to protect such children. Yet they often try to guide their children by telling them about Rabbu's plans. They tell their children, “The resurrection of man after death is Rabbu's plan. None can change that? We are presenting all these for your benefit.” Some children accept them. Some reject thinking of these as myths.

46:18

46:18. So, all the advice that parents give to their children is true. Among the people who came forward like this were the urban civilized and the tribal people who were instructing their children. Children who disobeyed that advice later became big losers.

What we learn from the above three sayings is that it is not enough if we alone have a better life. We need to outline Rabbu's plans and His counsel. for our children to lead a heavenly life in this world, The Reformists also instructed their children in the same way. (See 2:132-133) If we do not do so, our children will not know the purpose of life. They will go astray over time.

46:19

46:19. And in such heavenly societies, everyone will be given position and status only in accordance with his good deeds and merits. No one in such societies will do injustice against anyone. There will be a similar life in Paradise after death.

46:20

46:20. On the contrary, the condition of societies that ignore the guidance of Rabbu will be deteriorating day by day and the number of painful incidents will be increasing. The situation will explain to them, “Instead of sharing your livelihoods equally with everyone according to Rabbu's guidance and living a better life, you were wasting your time, seeking timely happiness.” You have arrogantly sought to commit unjust acts. Thus, your society has become a place of humiliating miseries. That's the result of what you have been doing.

46:21

46:21. If you want to know the true status of these, find out the reasons for the destruction of the kingdom of "Aadhu" spread over the desert dunes of A’afaq. People like the Reformist Hoodhu Nabi from that country used to warn about the consequences of their evil deeds. The Reformists who came before him also advised them not to submit to anything other than the guidance of Allah. They also said they feared casualties from disobeying Rabbu's command.

46:22

46:22. But the people of that land did not accept their advice at all. Instead, they said, “Did you come to tell us to leave the gods which we have been worshiping for so long? If you are truthful, why delay in bringing about the torments that you often frighten us?”

46:23

46:23. To which the Reformist replied, I have no knowledge of when those torments will come. Only Allah knows that. But when I look at what you are doing, it seems that you are doomed. So, I convey to you the message which is revealed to me. But you are a community that does not think about anything.”

46:24

46:24. Thus, they argued in vain. They did not listen to the advice of the Reformist Hoodh. One day they were very happy to see dark clouds coming towards the valleys where they lived. As they were suffering from drought, they thought the hardship they had would be over. But what came towards them was a dust storm. The agony for which they were in hurry came upon them.

46:25

46:25. The dust storm which was caused by the wrath of nature as per the laws of Rabbu destroyed all their livelihoods elsewhere. The next morning only the dilapidated houses survived. It left none to survive. Such will be the calamities that befall those who live in disregard of the precaution available from Rabbu.

46:26

46:26. Prior to this, they were living a sound life with all facilities. They possessed all wisdom, energy and technology in all field. Perceptual power, visual perception and intellectual powers were all excellent.

But, when the advice of Allah was given to them, they lost the ability to listen and think. The reason was that their selfishness, evil deeds, and imaginary deities have seduced them. So, they mocked at the counsel of Rabbu. In the end, it was their mockery that led to their downfall.

Note: The Aadhu Empire dates back to BC. Historical records state that it took place up to 2500 BC. It stretched from present-day Yemen to Iraq and the Arab world, from Egypt in the south to Syria in the north. Most of it was desert with dunes. Even so, their destruction was inevitable because they were committing immoral acts.

46:27

46:27. Thus the empire of the "Aadhu" society was doomed. Not only that but the nations around it also suffered disaster according to the canon of Rabbu. We sent messengers to help them recover from the devastation. But they perished because they did not listen to them.

What was the reason they did not accept the guidance of Rabbu? The imaginary deities they had created, their worship, selfishness, the pleasures of evil deeds, and the luxurious life prevented them from coming to the right path.

46:28

46:28. Those extinct communities created idols other than Allah and worshiped them. They were saying that it would bring them closer to Allah. If their perception had been true, they would have saved the earlier societies when they were destroyed. But why didn’t any of them help? So, this is proof that they are ideologies that they themselves have falsely imagined and created. Not only that, but it was those cults that led them astray.

O, Reformist! Do not regret that the urban people refuse to accept Our guidance. If they do not come forward to heed,

46:29

46:29. Some of the tribal people who heard that the teachings of the Quran were taking place, came there and listened attentively. O, Reformist! We also inform you that they stay in hiding and are listening to the advice of the Quran. (See 72:1) They are eager to hear the teachings of the Qur’an. So, they advised others who had come there to heed silently. Thus, those who listen carefully go to their community and warn them of the dangers of their misdeeds.

46:30

46:30. They went to their place and said, “O Our people! Of course, we heard a Scripture. It is said to have been bestowed after Moosa Nabi. It reveals the true intentions of the Scriptures that came before it and the guidance that was with them. It shows the most perfect path to a better life for man. Those who follow them will certainly be rightly guided.”

46:31

46:31. And they said, “O our people! Accept the call of the one who invites you towards Allah's guidance and support him. Accept the true things he is saying. You will find ways to protect yourselves from the effects of sinful acts committed out of ignorance. That way you can recover from the impending disaster.”

46:32

46:32. And they said, “Whoever refuses to accept the call of Rabbu, the consequences will be upon him. Thus, there will be no impact on the plan of Allah. No one can stop the righteous regime that will be formed according to Rabbu's guidance. After that, there will be no one else to help those who act against that regime. And they will be considered to be obviously misguided.”

So, the tribal and the folk people have understood what the real things are. Their support to the Reformist was assured. But the urban population still does not understand. Therefore

46:33

46:33. Explain these facts to them, “Do they not consider the mighty power of Allah, Who created the universe, the earth and made it to function excellently? Don’t they notice that the creations still expand and never get tired of it at all? Do they think that Allah, Who is so powerful, does not have the power to bring the dead back to life? Not so. He has set boundaries and abilities for each of His creations so that those who perform as per it, can be revived and will live with a new glow.”

If they do not accept the guidance of Rabbu and prevent evil deeds, they will not be able to prevent the calamities that will befall them in time. Shouldn't they take care that such disasters are certain to happen and will happen?

46:34

46:34. When those evil effects appear, they will only see and understand those pains with their own eyes. Then the situation will ask them, “Have any of the precautions We have taken come true?” They will say, “By the witness of Allah, it is true.” “Continue to suffer these things because you have gone astray from His guidance.”

Thinkers! In the explanatory text of the Holy Quran, we have explained the facts on the basis of heavenly life and the torments of Hell in this world and the life to come after death. This is because the plans of Allah are the same in all the universes. (See 5: 120)

46:35
