Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

66:1

66:1. O, Reformist! How can you ban anything which Allah has given permission to use just to satisfy the wishes of those who depend on you? Do you not know that the guidance of Allah is for the protection of all peoples?

Dear Intellectuals! Did you notice? Great Reformist Muhammed Nabisal himself is not allowed to ban any food items or anything else. So, no one else has the right to declare any item as “Banned” It is His permanent law whether to ban (see 16:116) or allow anything. (see 5:3,7:33,5: 90) Those laws are eternal. No one has the right to interfere.

66:2

66:2. If you have already sworn to this matter, there is nothing wrong with breaking it. Remedies for breaking such oaths have already been announced. (See 2:225, 8:89) You will always have the companionship of Allah. Allah knows all the weaknesses of man and how to overcome them. His guidance is based on clear wisdom.

66:3

66:3. The Reformist once revealed a secret message to his wife, which he had kept secret from others. The woman revealed the secret message to another woman. The secret matter thus reached back to the reformist which was not fully true. It means that it was only part of that secret. The rest had disappeared. Just when he informed his wife about this, she asked who had informed you of this matter. The reformist replied that he had received the message through whom you had revealed the matter as per canon of Allah

That is, if there is a secret between husband and wife, it shall not be revealed to others. If it is revealed, it becomes a secret of everybody. This is a very bad habit. And the message will go to many and spread differently while the truth is one.

Secondly, the point to be noted here is that the message passed on to others during the life-time of Mohammed Nabi itself becomes different when it reaches again to him. So, how can the messages of Muhammed Nabi (Sal) recorded after 200/250 years as “Hadhees” be relied upon?

66:4

66:4. So, if the wife of the reformist, who revealed the secret negligently, and the woman who revealed it to others, realize their mistake and pray to Allah for forgiveness, it will be better for them. There is no point in them appealing to the reformist charging each other on this matter. This is because Allah, Jibreel, the system of sound to pass on messages, the righteous followers of guidance, and the forces of nature act in support of the Legal system. So, there is no difficulty in finding the truth as to how the messages were passed on.

66:5

66:5. And the reformist will relinquish his wife, and he will seek the companionship of better women than you if they do not repent. They will be obedient to reformist, faithful to the laws of Rabbu, repentant of wrongdoing, and obedient to the commandment of Rabbu. It is okay even if the women are widows or unmarried virgins. Only women with virtues can be co-workers with the reformist.

66:6

66:6. O followers of Our guidance! Encourage yourself and your family to cultivate such virtues. Only then, the family will become well-modified and be free from suffering. Failure to do so will eventually destabilize society and turn it into fuel for suffering. In addition, The Universal forces of nature can turn into flames. Such harsh laws have been enacted by Allah. There will be no change in this. They act according to the commands that are given to them.

That means the country will not flourish if the domestic norms are set right. The best children in every household will be the best citizens of the future. With this in mind, every parent in their home should bring up good-natured children. If not, the wicked will revolt. There will be riots, war, chaos, and confusion (see also 2:24).

66:7

66:7. “O refuters of Our guidance! Do not be under the impression that such a situation is unlikely to occur. It is your evil deeds that will make you worse. Correct yourselves according to Our laws.”

66:8

66:8. O followers of Our guidance! If you have unknowingly taken the wrong path in your life journey, once you come to know it, leave it and rush to the side of the straight path. Never go the wrong way again. As a result, bad habits in you will vanish and your society will become heavenly. Economic facilities there will grow like perennial rivers.

In such a situation, there will never be any humiliation or misery for the Reformist who leads the society or the activists who work with him. Their bright lives will continue to shine even brighter from all sides. The thoughts and actions of those who live there will be thus. “O, our Rabbu! Bless us to have a life full of enlightenment, safe and peaceful life! We have no doubt that You have control over each and everything in the world.”

66:9

66:9. O, Reformist! Be very careful in case of anti-socials and hypocrites who act against the laws of the Regime. Take drastic action to control them. The place where such people should be a painful prison. For such people, it would be a very bad place.

66:10

66:10. So, we can learn from some examples that the law of “consequences for human actions” is consistent. Among them are the bad examples of the wife of Reformist Nooh and the wife of Reformist Looth Nabi. Both were the wives of eminent reformers. Yet they never listened to the advice of their husbands. Both of them could not save themselves from the law of Allah, “The consequence of the wrongdoings”. So, both their wives were doomed to extinction.

66:11

66:11. On the contrary, Allah cites the wife of Fir’aun as an example of a good woman. Notice how her thoughts and actions were. She prayed, “O, My Rabbu! I am trapped in the anarchic rule of my husband, Fir’aun. Save me from this and show me a way to work in a quiet place. And save me from the unjust community.”

Accordingly, she got such opportunities and she got the name and fame of being a Great woman. Historical records state that her name was Asia Khatoon.

66:12

66:12. Next, Allah cites Maryam, a descendant of the Imran Family, as an example of a good woman. She was ordained as a nun in the Ashram of Hykal-e-Suleimani. (3:35-37) She maintained her chastity without falling into the trap of the abbots who abused women there. For this, We arranged for guidelines through the Reformist Zakariya. So, she left the monasticism as per His guidance and engaged in domestic life. Thus, she bowed to the guidance of Rabbu and became the anchor to substantiate Scriptural guidance. She was a revolutionary woman who carried out the plans of Allah. (See further explanation 3: 35-47)

That is, the question is not where the man or woman lives. The question is how he or she lives. Notice that these two women set an example for the best women by following Rabbu's guidance even when they were living in a very bad place. So, no one can seek relief by citing the place or the regime as bad. (see 15: 40,17: 65)

Chapter: 67. Soorah: Al-Mulk (The Regime)

Important Note:

Dear Intellectuals! In the coming chapters, especially in the final chapters, the Qur’an seems to be talking about three types of revolutionary periods. Determining which of these categories belongs, is a bit difficult. However, it is possible to study and conclude to some extent what kind of revolution it is talking about by keeping the message series coming in the respective chapters.

Given the central theme of the Qur’an, it is certain that three such revolutions will occur. One of them is the impending revolution in the universe. Then it seems that this world will explode and shatter into pieces. Then there will be no life on earth.

We know this fact if we take literal meanings to the text of the Holy Quran. But no one can predict when it will happen. Because it is a matter of Allah's plan. Only He knows the truth about it.

The second type is about the erupting revolution in the world and the subsequent renaissance. Such a revolution and renaissance took place in the time of most of the reformists. The same thing happened in the time of Muhammad Nabisal. If we try on the basis of this Qur’an, we can bring about such a renaissance even today and in our country. When that happens, the Quran-based regime will replace the fake regime that is taking place there. Then the culture, politics, economy, and moral values of the societies will all change and a new world will emerge. That is to say, it will be a great country of peace, tranquility, and happiness.

The Third type of Revolution is about the life of man after death. The life available there will be beyond time, place, and space. It is impossible to say right now what that life will be like. It is impossible to describe the hell and paradise available to man. The reason is that the Qur'an, which repeatedly speaks of Paradise, begins with the phrase “an example of Paradise.” (See 13:35 & 47:15) It also gives definitions of hell.

So, if we take the literal meaning of the words of the Holy Quran, we know that it is the great revolution that will erupt in the universe and the paradise and hell that would be available to man following it. If those words are meant in parable form, they mean the revolution that has taken place and is about to take place in this world and the renaissance that would follow. In this Qur’an, we have given the second kind of meaning to the text. The reason is that it deals with the life of man in this world and the biographies of the reformists. They also happened in this world. People need to think about this and accept it. Those who think that it is not right to give such implicit meanings and that it is better to take direct meaning can take direct meaning.

One more thing to note. Each subject is given in detail in the beginning chapters of the Qur’an. But the last chapters are given very briefly. The words used in them are also very literary and have a broad meaning. When you look at every word that comes in them, no matter how vast they are, it is as if the world itself is focused within the eye. Therefore, the true interpretation of the verses of the Qur’an can be obtained only if such verses have a figurative meaning.
