Hajj

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمۡۚ إِنَّ زَلۡزَلَةَ ٱلسَّاعَةِ شَيۡءٌ عَظِيمٞ١

22:1. O Mankind! Follow the guidance of Allah Who created and cares for all of you. Establish a community system accordingly to unite people from all walks of life and treat them equally. Failure to do so will disrupt social harmony and lead to riots. Then the foundations of the social structure you have been building will be shaken.

يَوۡمَ تَرَوۡنَهَا تَذۡهَلُ كُلُّ مُرۡضِعَةٍ عَمَّآ أَرۡضَعَتۡ وَتَضَعُ كُلُّ ذَاتِ حَمۡلٍ حَمۡلَهَا وَتَرَى ٱلنَّاسَ سُكَٰرَىٰ وَمَا هُم بِسُكَٰرَىٰ وَلَٰكِنَّ عَذَابَ ٱللَّهِ شَدِيدٞ٢

22:2. At that time, the horrible situation will be so serious that breastfeeding mothers will forget to feed their babies. Fear of this can lead to abortions of pregnant women. People will stagger like stumbling drunken man not knowing what he is doing. The Law of “Consequences of human deeds" that occur according to Allah's Laws will be of that much horrible.

So do not act with self-interest and disrupt social cohesion. Thus, every aspect of Allah's plans is clearly stated in this Scripture.

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُجَٰدِلُ فِي ٱللَّهِ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖ وَيَتَّبِعُ كُلَّ شَيۡطَٰنٖ مَّرِيدٖ٣

22:3. But many people do not know any of these facts. Such people argue about the rules of law established by Allah. This is because they want to live according to their satanic desires. So, their knowledge of the better life of the man will go unnoticed.

كُتِبَ عَلَيۡهِ أَنَّهُۥ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُۥ يُضِلُّهُۥ وَيَهۡدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ٤

22:4. Any social system which abandons His guidance and follows the satanic inclination will go astray. As per the established Laws for such social systems will have to face unbearable miseries.

But they are under the misconception that human life ends with this worldly life. So, they live according to their desires, thinking that they do not have to answer to anyone for their actions. That is not true.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِن كُنتُمۡ فِي رَيۡبٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡبَعۡثِ

22:5. Human life is a continuous journey. So, there is definitely a period of time when he will be rewarded according to his good deeds or punished according to his evil deeds. According to Allah's plan, you will have to face it.

O, Mankind! If you are in doubt about life after death, think about your own creation.

فَإِنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰكُم مِّن تُرَابٖ

In the early days you were created in human form, passing many stages from the nutrient cell of the soil (see 32:7 &. 4:1).

ثُمَّ مِن نُّطۡفَةٖ ثُمَّ مِنۡ عَلَقَةٖ ثُمَّ مِن مُّضۡغَةٖ مُّخَلَّقَةٖ وَغَيۡرِ مُخَلَّقَةٖ لِّنُبَيِّنَ لَكُمۡۚ وَنُقِرُّ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِ مَا نَشَآءُ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗى

Then the next stage, human creation was formed from the atom drop of the semen passing through the union of male and female. The droplet forms in the mother's womb like a worm. It then takes the form of a muscle tumor. We provide these details so that you can better understand them. According to Our plan, the embryo stays in the mother's womb for a period of time (300 days).

ثُمَّ نُخۡرِجُكُمۡ طِفۡلٗا ثُمَّ لِتَبۡلُغُوٓاْ أَشُدَّكُمۡۖ وَمِنكُم مَّن يُتَوَفَّىٰ وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرَدُّ إِلَىٰٓ أَرۡذَلِ ٱلۡعُمُرِ لِكَيۡلَا يَعۡلَمَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ عِلۡمٖ شَيۡ‍ٔٗاۚ

Then the new baby is born. The child gradually grows into adolescence. (See 16:70) Some of you die in adolescence. And some survive till old age. You who lived with good knowledge, become like a child in old age. (See also 16:70)

وَتَرَى ٱلۡأَرۡضَ هَامِدَةٗ فَإِذَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهَا ٱلۡمَآءَ ٱهۡتَزَّتۡ وَرَبَتۡ وَأَنۢبَتَتۡ مِن كُلِّ زَوۡجِۢ بَهِيجٖ٥

Next to that, look at the earth you live on. Rainwater falls on dry land. After that, it comes to life and various fungi grow beautifully in it. Notice that each of them is created in pairs.

Thus, human life continues after death. This is a routine process in all human societies. Those who accept and live by His guidance will live in a way that benefits others, just as rainwater makes the earth green and benefits everyone. Such a person deserves to go to paradise in the life after death. Those who do not qualify will perish and suffer the torments of Hell.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَأَنَّهُۥ يُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَأَنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ٦

22:6. These are the plans of Allah with regard to human life. All of Allah's plans are constructive and result-oriented. If the above statement about human creation is true, then know that life after death is also true. Thus, He has no difficulty in giving re-birth to man. The rules for how each creation should function are set by Him.

Just as the processing time for the formation of a child, for it to grow into adolescence, and its life span till death is determined, so also the growth and decline of societies will take place gradually in accordance with human action.

A society that lives without any ability will gradually progress by following His guidance and constructive advanced societies will fall if they abandon His guidance and go astray. All these will happen in the time frame of decades or centuries. (See 8:53)

وَأَنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ ءَاتِيَةٞ لَّا رَيۡبَ فِيهَا وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبۡعَثُ مَن فِي ٱلۡقُبُورِ٧

22:7. This time frame established by Allah is the period during which the living communities could rise with the guidance of Allah. No one needs to have any doubt about it. Similarly, the resurrection of the dead is also certain. That too is sure to happen as per the stipulated time frame.

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُجَٰدِلُ فِي ٱللَّهِ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖ وَلَا هُدٗى وَلَا كِتَٰبٖ مُّنِيرٖ٨

22:8. But some of the people who do not know this fact, without proper knowledge, guidance, or clear Scriptural wisdom, argue about the plans of Allah.

ثَانِيَ عِطۡفِهِۦ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۖ لَهُۥ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا خِزۡيٞۖ وَنُذِيقُهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ عَذَابَ ٱلۡحَرِيقِ٩

22:9. When Allah's plan of action is presented to such people, they turn away at the outset with arrogance. Moreover, such people go astray by themselves and also prevent others from acting in the way of Allah. The worldly life of such people will become miserable. They will continue to suffer when the impact of human actions come into force in the life after death.

ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ يَدَاكَ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَيۡسَ بِظَلَّٰمٖ لِّلۡعَبِيدِ١٠

22:10. This is a miserable situation which you will undergo due to your misdeeds. Otherwise, there will never be unjust to anyone from Allah.

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَعۡبُدُ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ حَرۡفٖۖ فَإِنۡ أَصَابَهُۥ خَيۡرٌ ٱطۡمَأَنَّ بِهِۦۖ وَإِنۡ أَصَابَتۡهُ فِتۡنَةٌ ٱنقَلَبَ عَلَىٰ وَجۡهِهِۦ خَسِرَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةَۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡخُسۡرَانُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ١١

22:11. Apart from this, there are some people who will follow the guidance of Allah as and when needed. That is, they will follow only if they know that they have a personal advantage, and abandon them if there is any loss. Such people are called opportunists. (See 4:145) The present life and the future sustainable life of such persons will result in great loss.

The reason for this is that when the social system is established according to His guidance, they will face some difficulties in the beginning. (See 2:155) But their future lives will be better. They do not understand this fact.

يَدۡعُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُۥ وَمَا لَا يَنفَعُهُۥۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلضَّلَٰلُ ٱلۡبَعِيدُ١٢

22:12. So, the people set aside the guidance of Allah and pray to the imaginary gods who can do no harm or good, to fulfill their needs. What a great misguidance this is!

يَدۡعُواْ لَمَن ضَرُّهُۥٓ أَقۡرَبُ مِن نَّفۡعِهِۦۚ لَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَوۡلَىٰ وَلَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡعَشِيرُ١٣

22:13. In other words, all the methods they follow are exacerbating the evil effects rather than the good ones. So, those who worship idols thinking that they would protect them is their worst ways. Those who support them are also crooks.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُدۡخِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَفۡعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ١٤

22:14. On the contrary, any society that accepts His guidance and works accordingly with creative social welfare programs will surely develop into a better heavenly society. Economic facilities there will continue to be as abundant as the perennial river and will be a prosperous society. This is the standard law established by Allah.

مَن كَانَ يَظُنُّ أَن لَّن يَنصُرَهُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ فَلۡيَمۡدُدۡ بِسَبَبٍ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ ثُمَّ لۡيَقۡطَعۡ فَلۡيَنظُرۡ هَلۡ يُذۡهِبَنَّ كَيۡدُهُۥ مَا يَغِيظُ١٥

22:15. So it is true that if a social system is created according to His guidance, they will get the help of Allah in the present life and the future stable life. Many think that those who accept this fact are on the wrong track. If they can, let them attain heavenly life with the means at their disposal and prevent the benefits available to the followers of guidance. Jealousy and rage will be rampant in those who have such evil intentions.

وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ ءَايَٰتِۢ بَيِّنَٰتٖ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَهۡدِي مَن يُرِيدُ١٦

22:16. Thus, We advise in a clear and concise manner on every subject. Allah guides only those who come forward to think and accept these. This is also the standard law established by Him.

Obstacles to accept His guidance include the worship of idols, superstitions, and religious practices that they themselves have created. They will think that those who follow the guidelines of Allah are misguided. But

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَٱلصَّٰبِ‍ِٔينَ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ وَٱلۡمَجُوسَ وَٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَفۡصِلُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ١٧

22:17. Be it those who believe in Allah, the Jews, the Sabi’eans who do not follow the religious rites, the Christians, the Polytheists, or the Mushriks who have no policy or principles of life. When the consequences of their activities come into effect as per His Framed Laws, it will become clear as to who was on the right path and who was wrong. (See also 6:135 11:121) Surely nothing is hidden to Allah and every action will ultimately produce corresponding results.

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَسۡجُدُۤ لَهُۥۤ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلشَّمۡسُ وَٱلۡقَمَرُ وَٱلنُّجُومُ وَٱلۡجِبَالُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ وَٱلدَّوَآبُّ وَكَثِيرٞ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِۖ

22:18. Because the universe and everything on earth obeys the command of Allah. Let them observe the sun shining in the sky, the moon and the innumerable stars twinkling at night, the mountains on the earth, the vegetation, all other living things, the human physical life. None of them can transgress the law of Allah. They must all act according to the system established by Allah.

As far as the human physical life is concerned, he has to live as per the laws framed to other living creatures. That is, he cannot survive without air, water food, etc.

وَكَثِيرٌ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡعَذَابُۗ وَمَن يُهِنِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن مُّكۡرِمٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَفۡعَلُ مَا يَشَآءُ۩١٨

But since man alone is given full freedom, he is not under compulsion to live in obedience to the guidance of Allah. So, he disobeys His command and suffers many torments. Moreover, those who disobey the guidance of Allah will be disgraced and will never have a dignified life. These are the standard rules which have been established as per the Will of Allah. (See also 35:10)

۞هَٰذَانِ خَصۡمَانِ ٱخۡتَصَمُواْ فِي رَبِّهِمۡۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قُطِّعَتۡ لَهُمۡ ثِيَابٞ مِّن نَّارٖ يُصَبُّ مِن فَوۡقِ رُءُوسِهِمُ ٱلۡحَمِيمُ١٩

22:19. So there are arguments between those who accept Allah's guidance and those who refuse to accept it, regarding Allah's plan of action. But for those who follow other means equating with His guidance, unbearable suffering surrounds them over time. Apparently, their heads, which are at present held high with pride and arrogance, will stoop under the constraining impact of the grievous punishments.

يُصۡهَرُ بِهِۦ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِمۡ وَٱلۡجُلُودُ٢٠

22:20. The arrogance that had hitherto existed among them will perish, and the arrogance within them will abate.

وَلَهُم مَّقَٰمِعُ مِنۡ حَدِيدٖ٢١

22:21. Not only that but they will also be put behind the bars.

كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُوٓاْ أَن يَخۡرُجُواْ مِنۡهَا مِنۡ غَمٍّ أُعِيدُواْ فِيهَا وَذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ ٱلۡحَرِيقِ٢٢

22:22. They will be awarded life imprisonment. If they try to escape, they will be caught again and imprisoned. And their punishment will be severe.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُدۡخِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ يُحَلَّوۡنَ فِيهَا مِنۡ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبٖ وَلُؤۡلُؤٗاۖ وَلِبَاسُهُمۡ فِيهَا حَرِيرٞ٢٣

22:23. On the contrary, those who accept the guidance of Allah and do good deeds creatively according to it will have generous living facilities like a perennial river. And they will be honored with gold-coated insignia on behalf of the rule of Allah for their excellent service. They will also be adorned with pearl-encrusted ornaments. They will also be given a variety of silk dresses.

وَهُدُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلطَّيِّبِ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُدُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ٢٤

22:24. This praise and admiration are due to the fact that their words and deeds were in accordance with the words of Allah. They were always on the straight path shown by Him and strived to make all His plans glorious.

Such an Islamic regime and a cohesive social system must survive. And we have to make Allah's counsel clearly available to future generations. Moreover, we have to create an excellent social system according to Allah's guidance. It should shine as an example of a society that strives for global peace. (See 2:143) It was with such lofty intentions that the “House of Common” at Ka’aba was established. (See 2:125 & 3:96-97)

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلۡنَٰهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَآءً ٱلۡعَٰكِفُ فِيهِ وَٱلۡبَادِۚ وَمَن يُرِدۡ فِيهِ بِإِلۡحَادِۢ بِظُلۡمٖ نُّذِقۡهُ مِنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٖ٢٥

22:25. Therefore, the General Secretariat of the Masjid al-Haram was established as the headquarters to give equal status to the people of the whole world and to inform them of all the details pertaining to the guidance of Allah. But now, they are working against it. Such people will be severely punished. The reason is that they themselves are on the wrong path and preventing others to accept His guidance. Not only that, they are engaging in unjust and outrageous activities inside that premises.

وَإِذۡ بَوَّأۡنَا لِإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ مَكَانَ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ أَن لَّا تُشۡرِكۡ بِي شَيۡ‍ٔٗا

22:26. According to the plan of Allah, Reformist Ibrahim Nabi established the “House of Common”, called ‘Kaaba’. Its central theme was that no other method should be followed equating with the guidance of Allah.

وَطَهِّرۡ بَيۡتِيَ لِلطَّآئِفِينَ وَٱلۡقَآئِمِينَ وَٱلرُّكَّعِ ٱلسُّجُودِ٢٦

It was the command of Allah that those who come and stay in the vicinity of the Ka’aba know about the plans of Allah. The administrators of that House and the activists who guard it should keep it clean from vain rituals. Only then will everyone bow down to the command of Allah and act accordingly. (See 2: 125)

But they are careless about all these commands and are engaged in unjust acts such as gambling and extravagance. (See 89:1-4) So the command was given to the Reformist Muhammad Nabi to expel them in order to carry out the real purposes of that “House”. (See 9:28) Accordingly he conquered the city of Makkah and revived the grand programs of the “House of Common”. Following that:

وَأَذِّن فِي ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلۡحَجِّ يَأۡتُوكَ رِجَالٗا وَعَلَىٰ كُلِّ ضَامِرٖ يَأۡتِينَ مِن كُلِّ فَجٍّ عَمِيقٖ٢٧

22:27. O, Reformist! For the peaceful and secure life of all the people of the world, convene international conferences. (2:197) Those who have accepted His guidance will come from far-off places eagerly, even through the slender means of transport.

Since the Arabian country was a desert, they traveled on camels at that time. It took weeks or months to reach there. Camels would become weaker due to travel fatigue. Hajj travelers did not have the opportunity to have their hair cut.

لِّيَشۡهَدُواْ مَنَٰفِعَ لَهُمۡ وَيَذۡكُرُواْ ٱسۡمَ ٱللَّهِ فِيٓ أَيَّامٖ مَّعۡلُومَٰتٍ عَلَىٰ مَا رَزَقَهُم مِّنۢ بَهِيمَةِ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِۖ فَكُلُواْ مِنۡهَا وَأَطۡعِمُواْ ٱلۡبَآئِسَ ٱلۡفَقِيرَ٢٨

22:28. Therefore, the administrators of Ka’ba have to arrange food and shelter for those who come over there with such enthusiasm. For this, slaughter the sheep, cows or camels sent as gifts through travelers to Hajj (see 2:196) in the name of Allah and make arrangements for food for them. Above all, explain to them the benefits they would get by following Allah's guidance.

That is, Muhammad Nabisal established democratic rule (Khilafath) in Medina under His guidance. He made the Ka’aba in Makkah the “House of Common” for the people the world over. He invited the people of the world to exhibit the achievements they have made and how the people living there are excellent by following Allah's guidance.

People from different parts of the world need to know how these are possible as well as to learn the steps to build such a social system in their countries. The purpose of Hajj is to learn how to eliminate the problems that arise in their countries.

ثُمَّ لۡيَقۡضُواْ تَفَثَهُمۡ وَلۡيُوفُواْ نُذُورَهُمۡ وَلۡيَطَّوَّفُواْ بِٱلۡبَيۡتِ ٱلۡعَتِيقِ٢٩

22:29. Those who come to the Hajj convention with such lofty intentions will purify themselves from all false conceptions they may have and complete their Hajj journey with determination to build their nation in the same way as shown in the ancient “House of Common” and work for the global peace.

ذَٰلِكَۖ وَمَن يُعَظِّمۡ حُرُمَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّهُۥ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦۗ

22:30. These are the purposes and projects of the Hajj conference. With this in mind, those who respect the guidance of Allah, go to their countries, and do good deeds (see 2: 200) will get the best rewards from their Rabbu.

وَأُحِلَّتۡ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمُ إِلَّا مَا يُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ فَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ ٱلرِّجۡسَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَوۡثَٰنِ وَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ قَوۡلَ ٱلزُّورِ٣٠

You can use other cattle for your food already informed in 5:3. But that does not end your duties as well. You must see to it that no abominable acts that corrupt society take place. You also need to avoid telling lies. Only then you can gain the admiration of the people of the country.

حُنَفَآءَ لِلَّهِ غَيۡرَ مُشۡرِكِينَ بِهِۦۚ وَمَن يُشۡرِكۡ بِٱللَّهِ فَكَأَنَّمَا خَرَّ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَتَخۡطَفُهُ ٱلطَّيۡرُ أَوۡ تَهۡوِي بِهِ ٱلرِّيحُ فِي مَكَانٖ سَحِيقٖ٣١

22:31. In this way, you create the rule according to His guidance and all to work together without annexing other rules in it. But whoever establishes a regime with rules equating with His guidance, will be just like a bird fluttering in the sky without wings and the carnivorous birds crushing it. Or a strong wind blows them away. Just like riots rendering them homeless or being banished from the country as refugees.

ذَٰلِكَۖ وَمَن يُعَظِّمۡ شَعَٰٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقۡوَى ٱلۡقُلُوبِ٣٢

22:32. This is what happens according to the laws that Allah has ordained. On the contrary, those who work to honor the “House of Common”, which is the symbol of Allah’s administrative system will have in their hearts an attitude of preserving the guidance of Allah.

Such people get prominence and dignity. And remember one more thing. If it were only aimed at preserving the symbols of the House, it would become a mere ritual. Also, do not consider the offerings sent during Hajj as sacrificial animals or as sacred.

لَكُمۡ فِيهَا مَنَٰفِعُ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗى ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَآ إِلَى ٱلۡبَيۡتِ ٱلۡعَتِيقِ٣٣

22:33. None of those gift animals are sacred animals. It's just like how you benefit from using them on other days. To use them as food to those who come to “the ancient House” of Allah during the Hajj Conference.

وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٖ جَعَلۡنَا مَنسَكٗا لِّيَذۡكُرُواْ ٱسۡمَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَىٰ مَا رَزَقَهُم مِّنۢ بَهِيمَةِ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِۗ

22:34. Thus, every community in the world was given the best guidance from Allah. Accordingly, the cattle used for food should be slaughtered in the name of Allah. (See 6:120-121)

فَإِلَٰهُكُمۡ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞ فَلَهُۥٓ أَسۡلِمُواْۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُخۡبِتِينَ٣٤

Thus, your thought and action should always be towards the guidance of Allah, the Creator and Sustainer of you. Your every action should be subject to His guidance. Thus, according to Allah's guidance, only those who serve best will benefit. These are the means defined by Allah.

ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ ٱللَّهُ وَجِلَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ

22:35. And when the advice of Allah is conveyed to such people, they will consider and accept it wholeheartedly (see also 25:73). They fear the dire consequences of acting against it (see also 8:3).

وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ عَلَىٰ مَآ أَصَابَهُمۡ وَٱلۡمُقِيمِي ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ يُنفِقُونَ٣٥

And no matter how many difficulties they face, they will continue to work tirelessly for the cause of Allah (see also 2:155). They will also establish the ‘community service forums’ that upholds the moral values of society (see 29:45) They will chalk out welfare programs and extend financial assistance.

Only those who render such an excellent service will receive benefits from Allah. In this way, they will work in harmony with the good governance of Allah.

وَٱلۡبُدۡنَ جَعَلۡنَٰهَا لَكُم مِّن شَعَٰٓئِرِ ٱللَّهِ لَكُمۡ فِيهَا خَيۡرٞۖ

22:36. Similarly, the camel in cattle is a symbol of the social structure created by Allah. Because you get so many benefits from it.

فَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱسۡمَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡهَا صَوَآفَّۖ

Their meat is also the best food for you. So, mention the name of Allah and slaughter them in the standing position and eat their meat.

فَإِذَا وَجَبَتۡ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُواْ مِنۡهَا وَأَطۡعِمُواْ ٱلۡقَانِعَ وَٱلۡمُعۡتَرَّۚ

And find out who among the visitors of the conference is in need and who is in distress and feed them.

كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرۡنَٰهَا لَكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ٣٦

Thus, they will help you to achieve the lofty goals of performing Hajj without any food shortage.

That is, camels are symbols of Allah and should not be considered sacred. Do not think that their flesh or blood will reach Allah by slaughtering them in the name of Allah like that.

لَن يَنَالَ ٱللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَآؤُهَا

22:37. So, neither the flesh nor the blood of cattle ever reaches Allah.

وَلَٰكِن يَنَالُهُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ مِنكُمۡۚ

But what matters is how best you following the guidance of Allah. Arrangements for these animals have been made by Allah, just to meet the food requirements.

كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرَهَا لَكُمۡ لِتُكَبِّرُواْ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَىٰكُمۡۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ٣٧

Do not forget that you are all gathered here to prove on the global platform that the guidance of Allah is the best. Benefits await those who render excellent service with such lofty intentions.

۞إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُدَٰفِعُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ خَوَّانٖ كَفُورٍ٣٨

22:38. Those who accept the guidance of Allah will get protection from Him. Their life will be free from dangers if they render services. That is, if you work for the welfare of the people, you will gain the admiration of the people and they will support you. But if we leave all this behind and betray the faith, the love of Allah will never be available. At the same time, the support of the people will not be available. (See 2: 161)

So, the important task is to control the anti-social forces in the country. If they are not contained, all community development projects will be thwarted by them. And the dangers posed by domestic chaos are far greater than the dangers posed by foreigners. (2: 191)

أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ ظُلِمُواْۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصۡرِهِمۡ لَقَدِيرٌ٣٩

22:39. The regime of Allah is permitted to take stern action against those who continue to engage in illegal acts. Allah's rule is strong enough to thwart their intrigues.

ٱلَّذِينَ أُخۡرِجُواْ مِن دِيَٰرِهِم بِغَيۡرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّآ أَن يَقُولُواْ رَبُّنَا ٱللَّهُۗ

22:40. What is the reason to take action against the social evils? Those who accepted Allah's guidance said, “Allah is the One who created and sustains us.” Other than that, they committed no other sin. For saying so, they were unjustly evicted from their homes. Further, it is their right to have faith in Him. No one else can interfere.

وَلَوۡلَا دَفۡعُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلنَّاسَ بَعۡضَهُم بِبَعۡضٖ لَّهُدِّمَتۡ صَوَٰمِعُ وَبِيَعٞ وَصَلَوَٰتٞ وَمَسَٰجِدُ يُذۡكَرُ فِيهَا ٱسۡمُ ٱللَّهِ كَثِيرٗاۗ

Prior to this, there were various places of worship such as ashrams of various peoples, Christian churches, Jewish synagogues, and mosques meditating on the name of Allah. Did not Allah protect them through the guardians so that they are not demolished? Is it justifiable to expel them for the mere reason that they have accepted Allah? Therefore, strict action must be taken against them.

وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ٤٠

Those who are supportive of such action will be protected and assisted by Allah's rule. Know that the mighty power of Allah’s regime is strong enough to take appropriate actions.

ٱلَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُاْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ

22:41. And those who believe, if they are entrusted with the responsibility of governing the country, will establish a democratic rule called "Nizam-e- Salath" under the guidance of Allah. The purpose of the regime is to protect the welfare of the people.

وَأَمَرُواْ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَنَهَوۡاْ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡأُمُورِ٤١

The Regime will point out the good deeds shown by Allah and instruct the people to act accordingly. (See 3:104) Whatever be the problem, they will consult and decide on the floor of the assembly to resolve it according to Allah's guidance. (See 5:44)

وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدۡ كَذَّبَتۡ قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٖ وَعَادٞ وَثَمُودُ٤٢

22:42. O, Reformist! Warn them that if they disobey the rules of Allah's governance, they will suffer the same destruction as the community of Nooh, the community of Aadhu and Samoodhu faced before.

وَقَوۡمُ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَقَوۡمُ لُوطٖ٤٣

22:43. Not only that, but similar calamities befell on the communities of Reformist Ibrahim Nabi and Looth Nabi.

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ مَدۡيَنَۖ وَكُذِّبَ مُوسَىٰۖ فَأَمۡلَيۡتُ لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ثُمَّ أَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ٤٤

22:44. Thus the dwellers of Madhyan and those who rejected Moosa Nabi met with same doom after the time frame. They also experienced how severe the law of “consequences for human deeds” prescribed by Allah was.

فَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَا وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٞ فَهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلَىٰ عُرُوشِهَا وَبِئۡرٖ مُّعَطَّلَةٖ وَقَصۡرٖ مَّشِيدٍ٤٥

22:45. Thus, many societies which have been engaged in evil deeds were perishing according to the established laws of Allah. Let them also notice that their dwellings, innumerable wells and many forts were ruined without being cared

أَفَلَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمۡ قُلُوبٞ يَعۡقِلُونَ بِهَآ أَوۡ ءَاذَانٞ يَسۡمَعُونَ بِهَاۖ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَعۡمَى ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ وَلَٰكِن تَعۡمَى ٱلۡقُلُوبُ ٱلَّتِي فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ٤٦

22:46. People are generally confined to their homes. If they had toured around the world, they would have had a wide knowledge and would have listened to the reason behind the destructions. The fact is that they would have visual perceptions properly. But only their attitudes make their understanding capacity fade.

وَيَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَكَ بِٱلۡعَذَابِ وَلَن يُخۡلِفَ ٱللَّهُ وَعۡدَهُۥۚ وَإِنَّ يَوۡمًا عِندَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلۡفِ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ٤٧

22:47. Thus, they hurry for the torments to come. But tell them that none of the warnings of Allah will ever be false. So, the consequences of their wrongdoing are inevitable. But they take their own time to come into force. Just as Allah’s Universal programs operate in chronological order (see 32:5), so do the society’s fall is based on centuries. (See 2:259 for further explanation) These are Allah's long-term plans.

When a society behaves in the wrong way, its downfall becomes inevitable over time. At present, they could not visualize the signs of that destruction. But warn them not to miscalculate that destruction will not occur. So, instruct them to stop doing bad things and to do creative good things according to Allah's guidance. If they do not change so,

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ أَمۡلَيۡتُ لَهَا وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٞ ثُمَّ أَخَذۡتُهَا وَإِلَيَّ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ٤٨

22:48. Explain to them how, many societies that have been involved in wrongdoing, after being given the opportunity to change, were caught in the grip of destruction. No one could escape from that grip of Allah.

قُلۡ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ لَكُمۡ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ٤٩

22:49. “O human society! I make this warning clear to all of you.”

فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٞ وَرِزۡقٞ كَرِيمٞ٥٠

22:50. Therefore, any society that pays attention to this warning, accepts His guidance, and works on creative social welfare programs accordingly, will have safe travel of life and a dignified livelihood.

وَٱلَّذِينَ سَعَوۡاْ فِيٓ ءَايَٰتِنَا مُعَٰجِزِينَ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ٥١

22:51. On the contrary, those who act against the law of Allah and think that they can achieve a better life will end up with a miserable life.

It is not new that such reforms are brought about as per His guidance. And also, that the majority of the people refused to accept them and acted against them. This has always been the case with every reformer.

وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ مِن رَّسُولٖ وَلَا نَبِيٍّ إِلَّآ إِذَا تَمَنَّىٰٓ أَلۡقَى ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ فِيٓ أُمۡنِيَّتِهِۦ

22:52. O, Reformist! All the Reformists who came before you tried to remove social evils and bring harmony to society. But the selfish crowd there never stopped opposing them.

فَيَنسَخُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يُلۡقِي ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ ثُمَّ يُحۡكِمُ ٱللَّهُ ءَايَٰتِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ٥٢

However, the Reformists removed the hindrances of the selfish and established the rule as per the guidance of Allah. This is how it has been going on for a long time. All these things are not unknown to Allah.

لِّيَجۡعَلَ مَا يُلۡقِي ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ فِتۡنَةٗ لِّلَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٞ وَٱلۡقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُمۡۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ لَفِي شِقَاقِۢ بَعِيدٖ٥٣

22:53. Attempting to bring about social reforms according to His guidance becomes a great test for those who are rooted in selfishness and hard-hearted. Thus, they become enemies of the rule of law. And they will work hard to thwart this plan as much as they can.

In the same way, even today when attempts are made to bring about reforms in accordance with this Qur’anic guidance, the protests intensify. The biographies of the late Reformists are given in this Quran. (See 5:48) None of the information given about them is wrong. (see 15: 9)

وَلِيَعۡلَمَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ فَيُؤۡمِنُواْ بِهِۦ فَتُخۡبِتَ لَهُۥ قُلُوبُهُمۡۗ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهَادِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ٥٤

22:54. Those who have the knowledge of the Scriptures will surely know that those historical events mentioned in this Qur’an are true, and will accept its guidance. Not only this, they will completely submit before these advices (See 5: 83-84) Thus, those who trust in Allah's guidance find the straight path from Allah.

وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي مِرۡيَةٖ مِّنۡهُ حَتَّىٰ تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ بَغۡتَةً أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَهُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمٍ عَقِيمٍ٥٥

22:55. Those who refuse to accept these facts and act against the guidance will never be available to get the right path. So, they will act in the wrong way. Its effects will be less in the beginning and they would suddenly appear as severe problems. Until then they will remain afloat, thinking that no danger will come to them.

That is to say, when one continues to commit unjust acts of violence in the hope that there is no one to knock on the door, there will be social unrest and it will take in the form of riots. This is the reality of what is happening in the world. But now the social system is going to be formed according to this Qur’anic guidance. Therefore, it is necessary to overcome the social ills and suppress them. At such a time, they will never be able to face it

ٱلۡمُلۡكُ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلَّهِ يَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ٥٦

22:56. All judgments in the country will be given according to the rules of law established by Allah. And those who accept the guidance of Allah and do creative good deeds accordingly will have a beautiful, peaceful, secure, Paradise-like life. This life will continue even after their death.

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِ‍َٔايَٰتِنَا فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ مُّهِينٞ٥٧

22:57. On the contrary, any society that refuses to accept the guidance of Allah and falsifies it will be a disgraceful society with the torments of Hell.

وَٱلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلُوٓاْ أَوۡ مَاتُواْ لَيَرۡزُقَنَّهُمُ ٱللَّهُ رِزۡقًا حَسَنٗاۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُوَ خَيۡرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ٥٨

22:58. And the activists who uphold the rule of Allah need not have to worry about death or being killed. Because all arrangements have been made by Allah to give them a better life. And even after death, they are guaranteed a better life beyond the advanced levels. There is no doubt that this plan of Allah is immense. (See 2: 154)

لَيُدۡخِلَنَّهُم مُّدۡخَلٗا يَرۡضَوۡنَهُۥۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلِيمٌ حَلِيمٞ٥٩

22:59. And such people will have the opportunity to go wherever they want. Thus, all the plans of Allah are based on wisdom. At the same time, they are prudent.

So, the purpose of being allowed to wage a war (Chap: 22:39) is not to persecute enemies or occupy any region. Permission was granted to suppress the anti-social elements.

۞ذَٰلِكَۖ وَمَنۡ عَاقَبَ بِمِثۡلِ مَا عُوقِبَ بِهِۦ ثُمَّ بُغِيَ عَلَيۡهِ لَيَنصُرَنَّهُ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفُورٞ٦٠

22:60. The regime of Allah will punish them to the same extent which the enemy has transgressed. If the enemies do not rest on their laurels, the regime of Allah will continue to take drastic action to suppress them. The laws of Allah will support the safe life by suppressing unjust deeds.

Just because a nation or a community has been invaded and endured atrocities, it does not mean that it will never be enlightened. The practical law of Allah will surely cause change there.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُولِجُ ٱلَّيۡلَ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِي ٱلَّيۡلِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعُۢ بَصِيرٞ٦١

22:61. So just as darkness envelops the daylight, so also the daylight removes the darkness. In the same way, communities that are surrounded by the darkness of ignorance will get enlightened and darkness will envelop the lives of the evildoers. So, remember that Allah has the power to hear and to know all that is happening in the world.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ هُوَ ٱلۡبَٰطِلُ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡعَلِيُّ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ٦٢

22:62. Therefore, all the programs of Allah are constructive and result-oriented. So, avoiding His guidance and calling on other imaginary deities for help is destructive. Rather, Allah's guidance is to take all the people of the world to a higher level.

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَتُصۡبِحُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ مُخۡضَرَّةًۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٞ٦٣

22:63. Do you not see the rainfalls from the sky according to the system of Allah? Do you not notice that the dry earth becomes greenish with that rainwater? In the same way, this Scripture leads the society to achieve a new glory, which has hitherto withered away without the guidance of Allah. Know all that Allah's powers and control are capable of knowing pinpoint.

لَّهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ٦٤

22:64. In short, everything in the galaxies and the earth is working to fulfill the schemes of Allah. But Allah never depends on anyone. To that extent, His mighty power deserves pride and admiration.

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلۡفُلۡكَ تَجۡرِي فِي ٱلۡبَحۡرِ بِأَمۡرِهِۦ

22:65. According to the same schemes of Allah, every creature on earth has been created for human use. Do you not notice how the ships sailing in the ocean are beneficial to you?

وَيُمۡسِكُ ٱلسَّمَآءَ أَن تَقَعَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِهِۦٓۚ

And do you not see the sky that stretches out over the earth safeguards you as per Allah’s Schemes?

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِٱلنَّاسِ لَرَءُوفٞ رَّحِيمٞ٦٥

Of course, Allah's plans are always for the benefit of people from all walks of life. This is a reflection of the infinite mercy of Allah.

From the beginning till today, there has been no change in the principles of Allah. The Reformist who narrated them also brought the same guidance. (See 42:13) But when the guidelines are implemented, there may be changes depending upon the region and time. For example, in oil-rich countries, the government does not have to collect taxes from the people. At the same time, other countries will impose taxes. In any case, the main duty of every government is to provide basic amenities to all sections of the people. Thus

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡيَاكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُحۡيِيكُمۡۗ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَكَفُورٞ٦٦

22:66. Life and death of man continue according to the same law of Allah. Man's life is destined to continue after death. He is answerable to Him for what all he did in his life. But the man refuses to accept this plan of Allah.

Because he refuses, will he not be questioned? In the same Pre-Directed Laws of Allah, the growth and decline of society are taking place in the world.

لِّكُلِّ أُمَّةٖ جَعَلۡنَا مَنسَكًا هُمۡ نَاسِكُوهُۖ

22:67. Instructions for a better life were made available to every community. They follow them as their culture. There is no need for any conflict over this.

فَلَا يُنَٰزِعُنَّكَ فِي ٱلۡأَمۡرِۚ وَٱدۡعُ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَۖ

Now comes the command to create a social system based on this Quranic guidance. So let me call you towards His guidance which gives the complete rules for a peaceful life as before. But each society follows its own culture.

إِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ هُدٗى مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ٦٧

It remains to be seen whether their cultural programs are conducive to the smooth life of the people of the country. They should be removed if they are causing harm.

وَإِن جَٰدَلُوكَ فَقُلِ ٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ٦٨

22:68. Beyond this, if they argue about it, tell them that all are under surveillance of the law of “consequences of human deeds”.

ٱللَّهُ يَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَكُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ فِيمَا كُنتُم فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ٦٩

22:69. Therefore, according to the established Laws of Allah, when the consequences of your deeds appear, you will get the right judgment about what you used to contradict.

أَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ

22:70. Do you not know that Allah is fully aware of everything that happens in the universe and the earth?

إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ فِي كِتَٰبٍۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٞ٧٠

It is Allah who has set the rules for the functioning of each of these creations. It will yield consequences according to everyone’s activities. Allah has no difficulty in establishing rules like this.

وَيَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَمۡ يُنَزِّلۡ بِهِۦ سُلۡطَٰنٗا وَمَا لَيۡسَ لَهُم بِهِۦ عِلۡمٞۗ وَمَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ مِن نَّصِيرٖ٧١

22:71. So no evidence has been sent down from Allah about the idols they worship, leaving aside the guidance of Allah. Not only that but those imaginary deities have no wisdom about this. There will be no one to help such wrongdoers.

When instructed to accept the guidance of Allah, it is against their worship. Tells them to give up the deity they worship. Thus, the opposition from them gains strength and they engage in unjust action. Such people will not get support during the period when the Islamic regime is in place.

وَإِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتُنَا بَيِّنَٰتٖ تَعۡرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلۡمُنكَرَۖ يَكَادُونَ يَسۡطُونَ بِٱلَّذِينَ يَتۡلُونَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَاۗ

22:72. And when the guidance of Allah is clearly explained to them, it only increases their hatred. It is their faces that betray that hatred. Anger comes to such an extent that they would kill the guide.

قُلۡ أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِشَرّٖ مِّن ذَٰلِكُمُۚ ٱلنَّارُ وَعَدَهَا ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ٧٢

Inform them, “Let me tell you that a terrible situation is going to happen to you. That is the torment of hellfire. They are designed for those who refuse to accept His guidance and engage in unrighteous acts. Imagine just for a second you were transposed to such a drastic world.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٞ فَٱسۡتَمِعُواْ لَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَن يَخۡلُقُواْ ذُبَابٗا وَلَوِ ٱجۡتَمَعُواْ لَهُۥۖ وَإِن يَسۡلُبۡهُمُ ٱلذُّبَابُ شَيۡ‍ٔٗا لَّا يَسۡتَنقِذُوهُ مِنۡهُۚ ضَعُفَ ٱلطَّالِبُ وَٱلۡمَطۡلُوبُ٧٣

22:73. O Mankind! Come on. We explain the truth to you with an example. Those whom you worship besides Allah as gods cannot create a single fly altogether. Also, find out about their disability. Even if the fly snatches an object from the deity, they will not be able to retain it. Such are the incapable idols before whom you are begging!

مَا قَدَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدۡرِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ٧٤

22:74. The fact is that they could never predict Allah or His power. This is why they are immersed in such worship. But the immense power of Allah is vast beyond their imagination.

What remains now are things about the Reformists and the angels of the past whom they worship. Angels are the functional powers to preserve and carry out Allah's programs. One of their duties is to submit guidance to the people.

ٱللَّهُ يَصۡطَفِي مِنَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلٗا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعُۢ بَصِيرٞ٧٥

22:75. Allah chose to send messengers from the angels and the people of the world. Surely Allah has power over all things.

Angels are the natural forces of the universe engaged to carry out His Plans and also serve mankind. This service includes language and its sound.

يَعۡلَمُ مَا بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَهُمۡۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ٧٦

22:76. So Allah is not unaware of what is happening in and around them. Not only that, but every action of man will surely have the consequences according to the law set by Allah.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱرۡكَعُواْ وَٱسۡجُدُواْۤ وَٱعۡبُدُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ وَٱفۡعَلُواْ ٱلۡخَيۡرَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ۩٧٧

22:77. O Followers of guidance of Allah! All of you, bow down to the advice of Allah and act accordingly. In short, obey only the command of Allah. Continue to work on more social welfare schemes. Only with these steps will you achieve your success.

وَجَٰهِدُواْ فِي ٱللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِۦۚ هُوَ ٱجۡتَبَىٰكُمۡ وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِ مِنۡ حَرَجٖۚ مِّلَّةَ أَبِيكُمۡ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۚ

22:78. And work tirelessly for the betterment of the government, which has been established to protect the welfare of the people as a whole, in accordance with the guidance of Allah. Allah has chosen you for such lofty purposes. Do not think that you have to struggle for this. These are all for your benefit only. (See 2:286) This was also the same way of your senior leader, Prophet Ibrahim.

هُوَ سَمَّىٰكُمُ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ مِن قَبۡلُ وَفِي هَٰذَا لِيَكُونَ ٱلرَّسُولُ شَهِيدًا عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَتَكُونُواْ شُهَدَآءَ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِۚ

The method he followed was nothing new. Its name was ‘Islam’ which protects the welfare of people from all walks of life. Activists who had previously worked with such intentions were also called ‘Muslims’. The same name is given to you in this Qur’an. The reformist accepts the responsibility of establishing such a good government. Those who succeeded him to the throne will preserve this sovereignty. (See 3:144)

فَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱعۡتَصِمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ هُوَ مَوۡلَىٰكُمۡۖ فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمَوۡلَىٰ وَنِعۡمَ ٱلنَّصِيرُ٧٨

For this, you to have organize social service forums, stop people from going in the wrong way and invite them towards goodness. (See 29:45 & 3:110) Also, extend help for the community development. Thus, let us all work together for the betterment of society (see also 3:103) and only then you will all have a secure life. Because Allah's plans alone can provide you the best protection and help.
