بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَاعِلِ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًا أُوْلِيٓ أَجۡنِحَةٖ مَّثۡنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَۚ يَزِيدُ فِي ٱلۡخَلۡقِ مَا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ١

35:1. The grand action plans of Allah, Who created the galaxies and the earth without any material support, are all His privileges and worthy of praise. And He created all universal forces of nature to keep the world functioning hassle-free. He created a variety of efficient forces* that have more than two, three, or four functioning capabilities. Thus, He not only created them all but also continues in His action plan of new creations in the galaxies. The creation of new projects and His infinite power to control each of His creations is beyond limitations (Ref. 6:101)

Here the word, “Ajnihathun” is used which means wings. Since the wings are power used by birds to fly, we have given the meaning as capable powers. For example, the air is one of the natural forces that have the power to keep all living beings alive. It also has the power to help the earth with gravitation. It also brings rain from the sky etc.

مَّا يَفۡتَحِ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحۡمَةٖ فَلَا مُمۡسِكَ لَهَاۖ وَمَا يُمۡسِكۡ فَلَا مُرۡسِلَ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ٢

35:2. All arrangements have been made with all living facilities of the man as per His creative programs. If He opens the livelihood skyline, there will be none to block it. And if He blocks them, there is none to open it. Such are the action plans of Allah that are supporting all living beings.

The arrangements of the livelihoods available to man are only from Allah. The man must have to know the framed laws under function and work accordingly. For example, the nature of the soil that is necessary to cultivate paddy, the quantum of water, and the required temperature are very important. If you know these things, you can get a good yield. No one can block what is available. Similarly, if Man is not working, the livelihood will be blocked. He cannot live any other way. So, the man will get the benefits only out of his labor. (See 53:39)

The same is the advice of Rabbu to work for the development of the community people as well. The reason is that the living facilities you receive are through the provisions of Rabbu. (See 56: 63-73) therefore,

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ هَلۡ مِنۡ خَٰلِقٍ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِ يَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ٣

35:3. O Mankind! Think about the privileges that you get from the arrangements of Allah such as rainwater from the sky. (see 2:22) Allah is the One Who created the earth and made you get livelihoods. Do you have a different Creator? So why do you set aside His guidance and follow others’ instructions?

وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدۡ كُذِّبَتۡ رُسُلٞ مِّن قَبۡلِكَۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ٤

35:4. O, Reformist! If people do not accept your instructions, you need not regret it. Because the people who lived before you ignored the instructions of Rabbu. So, the consequences of their actions occurred as per the Pre-Directed Laws of Allah.

So those who are involved in false deeds have met destruction.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞۖ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلۡغَرُورُ٥

35:5. O, Mankind! Allah's pre-determined law announces the fact that those who go the wrong way are to be gradually destroyed. There will be no change in it. So do not be deceived by your temporary luxury life. Do not be under the impression that there is no need for any instructions of Allah.

إِنَّ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ فَٱتَّخِذُوهُ عَدُوًّاۚ إِنَّمَا يَدۡعُواْ حِزۡبَهُۥ لِيَكُونُواْ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ٦

35:6. Do not follow the guidance of those who live on their own will and pleasure. They are your enemies. Do not take them as your guides. Know that their way of life will take you to the hell that would be painful.

ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ شَدِيدٞۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٞ وَأَجۡرٞ كَبِيرٌ٧

35:7. Those who work against the guidance of Allah are only to wait for serious pains. Instead, there is a great resourceful future for those who work on creative social welfare programs accordingly. All of you have to keep this in mind.

أَفَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُۥ سُوٓءُ عَمَلِهِۦ فَرَءَاهُ حَسَنٗاۖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۖ فَلَا تَذۡهَبۡ نَفۡسُكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَسَرَٰتٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ٨

35:8. Because all the wrong deeds that spoil society seem beautiful to them. Can they be considered excellent deeds? The unchangeable law of Allah is that whoever seeks to go astray, Allah leaves him astray. He guides whoever seek His guidance. (See 18:29) O, Reformist! Why do you grieve for those who go astray and endanger their life? Surely Allah knows the truth of how the people in the world are functioning. So, he is sure to get benefits and consequences according to their actions.

The same law that is taking place in human affairs is taking place in all the universes. For example

وَٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَرۡسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابٗا فَسُقۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٖ مَّيِّتٖ فَأَحۡيَيۡنَا بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلنُّشُورُ٩

35:9. Clouds are formed by the whirlwind of wind according to the rules prescribed by Allah. Then it rains through the clouds. The land thrives and is revived when it falls on barren land. In the same way, the guidance of Rabbu can revive the lifeless communities, regenerate them and pave the way for better living.

مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ٱلۡعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ جَمِيعًاۚ إِلَيۡهِ يَصۡعَدُ ٱلۡكَلِمُ ٱلطَّيِّبُ وَٱلۡعَمَلُ ٱلصَّٰلِحُ يَرۡفَعُهُۥۚ

35:10. So societies that want to have a better life with dignity and respect, should all unite and follow the life ethics as prescribed by Allah. Because if a man's quality of life is to improve, he must have programs for the betterment of society. There must also be lofty ideals and principles. All of these are under the guidance of Rabbu. So whichever society puts forward them and does the best they can, their dignity and elevation will develop to the highest level.

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَمۡكُرُونَ ٱلسَّيِّ‍َٔاتِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ شَدِيدٞۖ وَمَكۡرُ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ١٠

And those who reject these and conspire to go the evil way, their future will become very troublesome. They are enough to inflict pain on them.

All the natural creations created by Allah around the world are operating at their own pace. Contemplate as to how your creation has taken place after passing many stages one by one. You will understand the fact.

وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابٖ ثُمَّ مِن نُّطۡفَةٖ ثُمَّ جَعَلَكُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجٗاۚ وَمَا تَحۡمِلُ مِنۡ أُنثَىٰ وَلَا تَضَعُ إِلَّا بِعِلۡمِهِۦۚ

35:11. And the creation of man came from the nutrient substance of the earth, according to the plan of Allah. (See 71:17) After passing many ages, arrangements were made to create from the sensory drop through the union of male and female. (See explanation 32:7-10) So Allah is fully aware of the women who conceive or give birth to any child.

وَمَا يُعَمَّرُ مِن مُّعَمَّرٖ وَلَا يُنقَصُ مِنۡ عُمُرِهِۦٓ إِلَّا فِي كِتَٰبٍۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٞ١١

Also, a person's age increases or decreases according to the rules prescribed by Allah. No one can change these. And it is easy for Allah to make such rules.

example, if a person becomes addicted to tobacco, smoking, or drugs, his life span will be reduced. His life expectancy will increase if he eats nutritious foods that are healthy and lives in a controlled manner in the marital relationship. These are the established laws. Can anyone change this? Such permanent safeguarded laws are known as “Lowhul Mahfooz”.

وَمَا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡبَحۡرَانِ هَٰذَا عَذۡبٞ فُرَاتٞ سَآئِغٞ شَرَابُهُۥ وَهَٰذَا مِلۡحٌ أُجَاجٞۖ

35:12. Similarly, look at the springs that flow on the earth. In some places, the water is very sweet and tasty to drink. In some places, it is sour and bitter. Do you think the two are the same? Further, there are seas of sweetness and bitterness flowing together, but there is a barrier between them (see 25:53).

وَمِن كُلّٖ تَأۡكُلُونَ لَحۡمٗا طَرِيّٗا وَتَسۡتَخۡرِجُونَ حِلۡيَةٗ تَلۡبَسُونَهَاۖ

But you get tasty fish to eat from the seas, ornaments like pearls and corals to wear from deep-sea exploration. (See 16:14)

وَتَرَى ٱلۡفُلۡكَ فِيهِ مَوَاخِرَ لِتَبۡتَغُواْ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ

And you see mountain-like ships floating in the sea, carrying the livelihood from one part of the world to another.

وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ١٢

Would you not perform in faith and gratitude as per the advice of Rabbu who arranged all this?

Do you think that a society that lives by good deeds is equal to a society that degenerates by doing evil deeds?

يُولِجُ ٱلَّيۡلَ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِي ٱلَّيۡلِ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلّٞ يَجۡرِي لِأَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗىۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡ لَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُۚ

35:13. Have you ever thought about the day and night that are happening on the earth where you live? Have you ever noticed how daylight removes the darkness of night and how night covers the light of day? Not only that, have you noticed that the sun and the moon are designed in such a way as can be used by you? Because they all operate very accurately according to His command, you can accurately predict the day, the month, and the year.

وَٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مَا يَمۡلِكُونَ مِن قِطۡمِيرٍ١٣

So, when the supreme power of Allah, your Rabbu, is at work in all the worlds, then man too must act according to His guidance. But man sets aside His guidance and follows other means.

إِن تَدۡعُوهُمۡ لَا يَسۡمَعُواْ دُعَآءَكُمۡ وَلَوۡ سَمِعُواْ مَا ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ لَكُمۡۖ وَيَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ يَكۡفُرُونَ بِشِرۡكِكُمۡۚ وَلَا يُنَبِّئُكَ مِثۡلُ خَبِيرٖ١٤

35:14. That is, man considers dead saints and imaginary deities to be gods. None of them can hear or respond to his calls. So, when the effects of human actions appear, he will find helpless. Because they can't help him in any way. And all these facts are revealed to you only through His guidance. No one else can declare any truth other than this.

Taking every aspect of human life, his breathing depends on the provisions of Allah. All the oxygen, water, and food he needs to survive are available by the arrangement of Allah.

۞يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ أَنتُمُ ٱلۡفُقَرَآءُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ١٥

35:15. O human race! While you seek the help of Allah at every stage of your life, will you not act in accordance with the guidance of Allah, Who is of no need and worthy of all praise? All of His projects are admirable!

إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ وَيَأۡتِ بِخَلۡقٖ جَدِيدٖ١٦

35:16. If Allah has a plan to extinct you and bring another new creation, it is very easy for Him! Is not Allah the Almighty? Don't you know this?

وَمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ بِعَزِيزٖ١٧

35:17. Don’t you know that it is not difficult for Allah to bring such alternatives? So, he always keeps in mind the rule of “The Ultimate results according to human deeds” set by Him. Do not ignore these rules and act according to your own will in the hope that someone will bear your sins or intercede for you. Because

وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٞ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰۚ وَإِن تَدۡعُ مُثۡقَلَةٌ إِلَىٰ حِمۡلِهَا لَا يُحۡمَلۡ مِنۡهُ شَيۡءٞ وَلَوۡ كَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰٓۗ

35:18. No one can bear the consequences of others’ actions. If someone is trapped under the burden of sins, he will be longing for others to bear a part of his burden, but no one else can bear even the slightest burden of his sins.

إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَأَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَۚ وَمَن تَزَكَّىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَتَزَكَّىٰ لِنَفۡسِهِۦۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ١٨

Your precautionary messages will work only for those who stand firm in the principles proclaimed by Rabbu and fear the implicit consequences. And those who free themselves from bad habits and organize social welfare forums to maintain socio-economic balance will reap its benefits. Because the consequences of his actions go toward the goal set by Allah.

وَمَا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡبَصِيرُ١٩

35:19. So, one lives blindly in superstition, and the other thinks and acts cautiously in accordance with His guidance. Are these two equal?

وَلَا ٱلظُّلُمَٰتُ وَلَا ٱلنُّورُ٢٠

35:20. Those who live in the darkness of traditional worship and those who live in the light of Rabbu’s guidance. Are these two equal?

وَلَا ٱلظِّلُّ وَلَا ٱلۡحَرُورُ٢١

35:21. One is trapped in the scorching sun with superstitious beliefs and the other lives comfortably under the shadow of His guidance. Are these two equal?

وَمَا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡأَحۡيَآءُ وَلَا ٱلۡأَمۡوَٰتُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُسۡمِعُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ بِمُسۡمِعٖ مَّن فِي ٱلۡقُبُورِ٢٢

35:22. One leads enlightened life and the other leads a meaningless life without thinking of anything. Are these two equal? Thus, Rabbu makes those who seek His guidance hear. So, you can't make those who are dead to listen.

That is, Rabbu listens only to those who think and act rationally. This is the Will of Rabbu.

إِنۡ أَنتَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ٢٣

35:23. O, Reformist! It is your job to inform the adverse impacts of evil deeds to the people. The choice of whether to accept them or not is left to man. (see 18:29).

إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ بَشِيرٗا وَنَذِيرٗاۚ وَإِن مِّنۡ أُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٞ٢٤

35:24. O, Reformist! We have sent you to tell the people of the world the right way to a better life for man. It is your job to inform about good deeds and their results. Also, inform them about evil deeds and their consequences. Deputing reformists in this way is nothing new. Such warnings have been coming from Rabbu to people in all parts of the world. (See also 14: 4)

وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدۡ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ جَآءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ وَبِٱلزُّبُرِ وَبِٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُنِيرِ٢٥

35:25. And if they ignore your advice, do not be sad about it. Because their denial like this is nothing new. The reformist who came before you also gave clear evidence-based guidance to their respective communities. They were all the best means to their enlightened life. However, they ignored them.

ثُمَّ أَخَذۡتُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۖ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ٢٦

35:26. Then they rejected Our counsel and continued their evil deeds, falling into the trap of what We have already determined as “The Ultimate result of human deeds.” The world saw how severe those pains were.

These also do not form on the basis of sudden twists. The saturation timings between human actions and their effects have been determined. So those effects are happening without their knowledge. If you want to know about this, pay your attention to the functioning of His creations.

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا بِهِۦ ثَمَرَٰتٖ مُّخۡتَلِفًا أَلۡوَٰنُهَاۚ وَمِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ جُدَدُۢ بِيضٞ وَحُمۡرٞ مُّخۡتَلِفٌ أَلۡوَٰنُهَا وَغَرَابِيبُ سُودٞ٢٧

35:27. The rain that falls from the sky is uniform as per the plan of Allah. But the fruits that come out of it are of different colors. Similarly, the earth was formed from sources of uniform materials. But the mountains formed in them are of different colors. Notice that there are mountains of different colors in the world, some of which are white, some are red, and some are dark black.

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَٱلدَّوَآبِّ وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ مُخۡتَلِفٌ أَلۡوَٰنُهُۥ كَذَٰلِكَۗ إِنَّمَا يَخۡشَى ٱللَّهَ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِ ٱلۡعُلَمَٰٓؤُاْۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ غَفُورٌ٢٨

35:28. As well as a human creation, reptiles, animals, and cattle are of many colors and shapes. The scientists are the Ulemas who examine all these creations on earth and know the supreme power of Allah functioning behind them and act according to the laws prescribed by Him. Because those who think and act will know about the infinite power of Allah and the extent to which they are all protective. (See also 3: 190-191)

So, the differences in colors and characteristics in the creations have not been created by themselves. Rather they have been created according to the plan of Rabbu. However, they all look so beautiful because they are bound to Rabbu. And they all adorn human life because they work together. Similarly, the energies in human beings are of many natures. For example, agriculture, weaving, education, etc. But only when all of them combine, will a society emerge. So, there should be no ups and downs.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَتۡلُونَ كِتَٰبَ ٱللَّهِ وَأَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأَنفَقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ سِرّٗا وَعَلَانِيَةٗ يَرۡجُونَ تِجَٰرَةٗ لَّن تَبُورَ٢٩

35:29. Any community that reads the Scriptures of Rabbu in a way that should be studied paying full attention, (2: 121) and establishes Common Social Forums which teach all the people the guidance (29:45) and make its contribution to the betterment of the community, either explicitly or implicitly will receive overwhelming support from Rabbu. This is an irrevocable trade done with its Rabbu. (See also 9: 111, 61:10-11 &. 62:10-11)

لِيُوَفِّيَهُمۡ أُجُورَهُمۡ وَيَزِيدَهُم مِّن فَضۡلِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ غَفُورٞ شَكُورٞ٣٠

35:30. According to this business agreement made with Rabbu, the benefits to such people will be manifold. There will never be any shortage, but the blessings from Rabbu continue to accumulate. This is because all of Allah's plans are to protect people from all walks of life and to benefit those who act according to them.

وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ هُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّ مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ لَخَبِيرُۢ بَصِيرٞ٣١

35:31. Similar promises were made by Rabbu to people who lived before this. (See 2:83, 9: 111) The Reformist gives you the same Scriptural counsel. According to this, there are many benefits for those who do good deeds. And the Holy Quran reveals the Scriptural truths they have. So always remember that Allah has the power to know exactly as to who is obeying His instructions.

The Scripture from Allah is perfected (5: 3) and preserved (15: 9).

ثُمَّ أَوۡرَثۡنَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱصۡطَفَيۡنَا مِنۡ عِبَادِنَاۖ فَمِنۡهُمۡ ظَالِمٞ لِّنَفۡسِهِۦ وَمِنۡهُم مُّقۡتَصِدٞ وَمِنۡهُمۡ سَابِقُۢ بِٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَضۡلُ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ٣٢

35:32. Thus, did We select only those who obey and safeguard the Scriptures to be the guardians of the Scripture? But there are some of them who do not accept these and harm themselves. There are also some who act neutrally according to the Scriptural counsel. And there are some who take the lead in doing creative good deeds in obedience to the command of Allah. These are the ones who will get a huge success. (See 2: 143)

جَنَّٰتُ عَدۡنٖ يَدۡخُلُونَهَا يُحَلَّوۡنَ فِيهَا مِنۡ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبٖ وَلُؤۡلُؤٗاۖ وَلِبَاسُهُمۡ فِيهَا حَرِيرٞ٣٣

35:33. As a result of the good deeds done by such people, their country will become very prosperous like paradise. As long as they continue to do so, their heavenly lives will last. (See 8:53) And gold ornaments and pearl-studded crowns will be worn to symbolize their good deeds.

وَقَالُواْ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَذۡهَبَ عَنَّا ٱلۡحَزَنَۖ إِنَّ رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٞ شَكُورٌ٣٤

35:34. And all the people who live there will see the benefits that come to them because they work according to Rabbu's guidance. “Praise be to Allah who has arranged for us to be freed from the griefs that have gripped us till this day” will be slogans sounding everywhere. The reason is that following the guidance of Allah protects from all kinds of dangers.

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحَلَّنَا دَارَ ٱلۡمُقَامَةِ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ لَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا نَصَبٞ وَلَا يَمَسُّنَا فِيهَا لُغُوبٞ٣٥

35:35. Moreover, this praise will be heard for having the opportunity to be born in the country where the rule of Rabbu takes place and for having a better stable life without any of their livelihood problems. (See 20: 124) Similarly, contented life is available after death.

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَهُمۡ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يُقۡضَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ فَيَمُوتُواْ وَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنۡهُم مِّنۡ عَذَابِهَاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي كُلَّ كَفُورٖ٣٦

35:36. But woe to those who refuse to accept Rabbu's guidance! Tragedy afflicts them with their misdeeds. It does not matter if these sufferings end with their death. There the pains for them will be even more severe. These are the punishments available for their wrongdoing.

وَهُمۡ يَصۡطَرِخُونَ فِيهَا رَبَّنَآ أَخۡرِجۡنَا نَعۡمَلۡ صَٰلِحًا غَيۡرَ ٱلَّذِي كُنَّا نَعۡمَلُۚ أَوَ لَمۡ نُعَمِّرۡكُم مَّا يَتَذَكَّرُ فِيهِ مَن تَذَكَّرَ وَجَآءَكُمُ ٱلنَّذِيرُۖ فَذُوقُواْ فَمَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ مِن نَّصِيرٍ٣٧

35:37. And those who are incapable of enduring the torments of Hell will seek Rabbu to come out of them. They would be praying that they would give up the evil deeds they used to do and do good deeds as per the instruction of Rabbu, if given a chance again. But will the vortex of time moving forward be pushed back? Never. So, you missed the chance of the long life you got. Reformists came to warn you. But you did not respect their advice. So, taste your pains. And those who have committed unjust atrocities have no chance of getting any help. This is what the reply of Rabbu will be.

O People of the world! Do you think that if you do evil deeds, no one knows about them and they will go unnoticed by Allah?

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَٰلِمُ غَيۡبِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ٣٨

35:38. Allah has the power to know all the truths hidden in the universe and the earth. While His supremacy Allah so high, do you think that He is not aware of the thoughts that penetrate the hearts of man?

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَكُمۡ خَلَٰٓئِفَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ فَمَن كَفَرَ فَعَلَيۡهِ كُفۡرُهُۥۖ وَلَا يَزِيدُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ كُفۡرُهُمۡ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ إِلَّا مَقۡتٗاۖ وَلَا يَزِيدُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ كُفۡرُهُمۡ إِلَّا خَسَارٗا٣٩

35:39. Learn one more thing. He gave man all the powers along with free will (see 32: 9) according to His plan and gave him the responsibility to govern the world. He also blessed the Quran for guidance. So, any society that forgoes those responsibilities, the consequences will come to them. So, their irresponsible tendency will only increase their evil deeds. And by the Pre-Determine Law of Rabbu they will be subject to the hatred of the public. This will cause them huge losses.

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ شُرَكَآءَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ لَهُمۡ شِرۡكٞ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ أَمۡ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمۡ كِتَٰبٗا فَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَتٖ مِّنۡهُۚ بَلۡ إِن يَعِدُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ بَعۡضُهُم بَعۡضًا إِلَّا غُرُورًا٤٠

35:40. O, Reformist! Ask the people, “Have you ever thought about the status of the imaginary deities you have created ignoring Allah and equating other means with His guidance? Are they capable of creating anything? Or do they have a role in the creation of the universe to worship them? Is there any command from Rabbu.?” Nothing like that. They become unjust because they act selfishly on the basis of mere conjecture. Most of them are cheating the people. All they get in the end will be nothing but disappointment.

۞إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُمۡسِكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ أَن تَزُولَاۚ وَلَئِن زَالَتَآ إِنۡ أَمۡسَكَهُمَا مِنۡ أَحَدٖ مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورٗا٤١

35:41. If they had observed the grand schemes of the universe, they would have understood the truth. It is Allah Who bridges the gap between the skies and the earth. Not their imaginary deities. No one else has the power to stop the skies and the earth if they move away. All the plans of Allah are working in a very calm and safe manner for all.

This is how the man gets life here. The truth is that man acts in one way when problems arise and in other ways when they are solved.

وَأَقۡسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ لَئِن جَآءَهُمۡ نَذِيرٞ لَّيَكُونُنَّ أَهۡدَىٰ مِنۡ إِحۡدَى ٱلۡأُمَمِۖ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ نَذِيرٞ مَّا زَادَهُمۡ إِلَّا نُفُورًا٤٢

35:42. They said before, “If a reformist comes to guide us, we will not behave like the previous community.” They used to swear by Allah that we would accept his advice and surely follow it. But when such a guide came, they were disgusted.

اِسۡتِكۡبَارٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَكۡرَ ٱلسَّيِّيِٕۚ وَلَا يَحِيقُ ٱلۡمَكۡرُ ٱلسَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهۡلِهِۦۚ فَهَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا سُنَّتَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَۚ فَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ ٱللَّهِ تَبۡدِيلٗاۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ ٱللَّهِ تَحۡوِيلًا٤٣

35:43. Moreover, they were engaged in evil deeds in the country with pride. They have been doing various maneuvers to thwart the action plans brought by the reformist. Little did they know that the maneuvers they were doing would surround them. Will they not face the same devastation as their ancestors? Let them know that if they do, they too will be destroyed. Because there is no change in the framed laws of Allah. So, there is little chance to bring them to the right path.

أَوَ لَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ وَكَانُوٓاْ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُمۡ قُوَّةٗۚ وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُعۡجِزَهُۥ مِن شَيۡءٖ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَلَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَلِيمٗا قَدِيرٗا٤٤

35:44. Do they not travel to different parts of the world to find out what happened to those who lived before them? Those who perished were many times more economically and professionally sound than these people are. They too perished because they acted in defiance of the instructions of Allah. So, no one can change the law of Allah then and now. So, the destruction is sure to happen according to the prescribed rules. So let them know that Allah has the infinite power to know everything.

The advice of Allah is to arrange for the livelihood facilities available in the country to reach out to people from all walks of life. At the same time, people should be taught the teachings of Rabbu's guidance to live better with moral values. Then only every citizen will come to know his responsibility. He will know what to do, what not to do, and strive for the development of the country. If either of these two is neglected, the country will go to ruin.

وَلَوۡ يُؤَاخِذُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُواْ مَا تَرَكَ عَلَىٰ ظَهۡرِهَا مِن دَآبَّةٖ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗىۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهُمۡ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ بَصِيرَۢا٤٥

35:45. This destruction does not happen immediately. The time limit for this has been set up. The reason is that no one on earth can survive if the evil deeds done by human beings are immediately punished. Therefore, the opportunity is given to get rid of mistakes and correct them. They will surely perish according to the decree of Allah when due opportunity given to them is completed. (See also 16:61)

That is, when a society commits wrongdoing, it will degenerate and perish over time. As well as when doing creative good deeds, their benefits will be available after a fixed period. Nothing happens on the basis of sudden twists. These are the practical laws of Allah.
