بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Whatever program we initiate in our life, will be as per the Pre-Directed Guidelines of Allah, the Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful. (6:162)
سَبِّحِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡأَعۡلَى١
87:1. O, Social Activists! Be fast in carrying out the plans of the government formed under the guidance of Rabbu, who created and sustains you.
ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ٢
87:2. Intensify your efforts in carrying out the plans of Allah, the Creator of all
things.
وَٱلَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ٣
87:3. Allah, the Only One Rabbu, created everything in the world and set the rules for how each of them should function.
Therefore, they are designed to bring about benefits and consequences in a way that suits human action. Show zeal to accomplish the project of the Creator thus.
وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَخۡرَجَ ٱلۡمَرۡعَىٰ٤
87:4. Rabbu's creations include cattle and appropriate green fodder for them.
فَجَعَلَهُۥ غُثَآءً أَحۡوَىٰ٥
87:5. If the same crop is plucked out from the earth and taken away from it or left as it is when fully grown, it dries up and turns into garbage.
These yields have two distinct characteristics: green and dry. As long as a community that is in touch with Rabbu’s guidance it will flourish. If that relationship is severed, it will eventually fade away. (See 18: 7-8)
The same laws such as birth, upbringing, and death apply to human beings as they apply to other living things in the world. But the instinct of their duties is fixed to the other creations in them, but not fixed within man. This wisdom is revealed to man through His guidance which is revealed to messengers. Therefore
سَنُقۡرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰٓ٦
87:6. O, Reformist! It is based on this Qur’an that you repeatedly explain to everyone (10:15) and these guidelines are intertwined with your life. (43:43) So you will not forget any of it.
إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ٧
87:7. If there was an action plan of Allah called, 'Mashiyath', you might forget some of these revelations (17: 73-76) you may have forgotten. But Allah's plan of "Mashiyath" is not like that, so you will not hide anything from it or act as a substitute for it. (46: 9)
So, think about where these guidelines come from. Allah with His Supreme Power knows the hidden energies in the man? He also knows the capabilities of Man. His guidance leads the man to get the perfection of life. The extent to which man is required to be guided has been given. The fact is that the Reformists will not forget the messages. He will build a society based on this.
وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ٨
87:8. Rabbu’s guidance makes all the programs easier. Thus the help of Rabbu is obtained to complete His Schemes.
So come and spread the guidance of Rabbu to the people. At the same time, you will see those who do not come forward to accept and use this advice. Leave them in their course. (15:85) (73:10) That is
فَذَكِّرۡ إِن نَّفَعَتِ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ٩
87:9. Continue to share your teachings and advice with those to whom it is beneficial.
سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخۡشَىٰ١٠
87:10. Because these tips are only for those who want to be cautious. These tips are for those who want to be safe from the evil effects of their lives.
وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا ٱلۡأَشۡقَى١١
87:11. Those who seek to deviate from this cannot harm you or others. Instead, they are the ones who cannot find lasting happiness in their own lives.
ٱلَّذِي يَصۡلَى ٱلنَّارَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ١٢
87:12. Their lives will go to the brink of painful destruction. They will lose everything and grieve.
ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحۡيَىٰ١٣
87:13. What will be the condition of man in those tribulations, even if he thinks of death to escape from it, death will not come to him. (14:17) And he can neither continue to live. (20:74)
قَدۡ أَفۡلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ١٤
87:14. Remember! Those who live not only with the aim of temporary pleasures alone but also with the idea of building sustainable future humanity will be victorious.
وَذَكَرَ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّهِۦ فَصَلَّىٰ١٥
87:15. Only those who cultivate the qualities of Rabbu as much as possible and are fully active will see this society progressing rapidly. And their humanity will reach its peak. Only then will they decide to put forward His guidance at every stage of life (see 2: 138).
بَلۡ تُؤۡثِرُونَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا١٦
87:16. Tell those who oppose these ethics, “You have all made life plans based on temporary happiness.”
وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ خَيۡرٞ وَأَبۡقَىٰٓ١٧
87:17. “Your life will be many times better if you act on the future welfare plans of the society as a whole along with temporary benefits. You will also get lasting benefits.”
That is, if actions that provide temporary benefits are likely to affect future sustainable benefits, they should be avoided for future benefit. For example, Liquor licensing. They can bring in temporary revenue to the state. But the community itself will deteriorate in the future. So the government should avoid these.
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَفِي ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ١٨
87:18. Do not think that such guidance was first brought before the world only in this Quran. No. These are the instructions given by Rabbu from time to time.
صُحُفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ١٩
87:19. The same advice was given, especially in the Scripture given to Ibrahim Nabi and then to Moosa Nabi. (53: 36-37) (42:13) Not only that but they were sent all over the world in their languages (14: 4)
